components :swimming, cycling, and running.
Breaking your training into three sport
specific sessions will enable you to have a
good workout while not overtraining tired or
sore muscles.
Overtraining doesn't accelerate your results, it's effects are quite
the opposite. Overtraining simply
results in increased chance of injury and poor
