It contains selected low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining a healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases. This plan is gluten free.

Anti-Inflammatory 3-Day

This plan contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases. This plan is gluten-free.

Flex

This flexible plan, which is aligned with Mediterranean diet principles, is completely customizable and contains simple recipes. Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes with the ability to search hundreds more to add to your plan.

Plant-Based 5-Day

This plan contains 100% plant-based recipes that are rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients known to be anti-inflammatory. Recipes are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and plant proteins making them nutritious as well as delicious. Option to add in recipes using dairy.

Low Carb/Diabetes Meal

This meal plan for contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar levels and maintaining a healthy weight. It’s moderate in carbohydrates and high in fiber.
