Google requires you to have an account in order to leave a review (if you have Gmail, you already have an account). Google reviews will appear publicly in Google’s services across the web with your profile name and photo. If you prefer to review anonymously, you can do so at HealthGrades (see below).
- Visit our Google Reviews Page
- If prompted, sign up or log in with a Google account.
- Leave your rating and feedback.
- Click post to share with others.
HealthGrades collects patient surveys and feedback on healthcare providers. You don’t need an account to leave a review and fill out a survey, but you will need to verify your review via email or text message.
- Visit our HealthGrades Reviews Page
- Click the “Leave a Review” button near my name at the top.
- Provide your feedback and answer the short list of questions.
- Click “Submit”
- Check your email for a verification link.
